arosini@naxo.com

Andrew is a seasoned risk management executive and compliance investigations expert with more than 20 years of professional services experience, most recently in a leadership role at one of the world’s leading consultancies.

Working at the intersection of traditional and decentralized finance, Andrew leads teams of investigators, accountants, economists, technologists, and data scientists on a range of complex engagements, including monitorships, KYC/AML lookbacks, governance program implementations, and in-depth investigative due diligence. His leadership consistently results in favorable outcomes for clients, particularly in connection with criminal investigations, regulatory proceedings, and commercial disputes. Many settlements he helped facilitate have resulted in reduced penalties, non- or deferred prosecution agreements and other positive results.

Andrew’s engagements typically involve issues surrounding compliance with the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act and other Anti-Money Laundering provisions (BSA/AML), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), as well as Whistleblower, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Bankruptcy statutes. He also advises on large-scale fraud and internal investigations and bankruptcy proceedings.

Prior to joining NAXO, Andrew spent 14 years with FTI Consulting, where he served for more than six years as the leader of its global risk and investigations practice, a group consisting of more than 200 professionals worldwide. He was responsible for hundreds of engagements involving risk management, investigations, compliance program evaluations, forensic transaction reviews, litigation support and due diligence. Andrew served as an investigative analyst at the New York County District Attorney’s Office in the Homicide Investigations Unit.

He has testified and submitted affidavits in relation to his investigative work.
